1 hr session plus prep time and paperwork total 1.5 aprox appointment 1 hr teeth whitening session with instant results using top quality products with little to no sensitivity. If you brush and cause irritation or abrasions it can cause gum irritation and sensitivity. After care: Avoid drinking anything but water for 2 hours after. For the 24 hours after your treatment you must: Avoid any dark staining drinks like tea, coffee, red wine, colored soft or alcoholic drinks, and fruit juice. Avoid all dark staining food like soy sauce, red meat, chocolate and fruit. Avoid and food or drinks that would stain a white t shirt. No smoking for 24hours (smoking within the first 24hours will stain your teeth. Electric cig ok Avoid colored toothpaste or mouthwash for 24hours.
